Suzy Lamplugh Trust has been delivering training for over 20 years and is considered the expert voice on personal safety. We provide bespoke, professional, and affordable training solutions on various subjects such as lone working, home visits, travelling for work, defusion techniques, dynamic risk assessment and best practice. We aim to give people skills and strategies to keep themselves safe and reduce their fear of aggression or violence which can also help to decrease absenteeism and staff turnover. With our countrywide network of highly experienced trainers we can deliver training that is tailored to the delegates needs and is interactive to encourage learning and development. As well as bespoke in house options we can also offer lone worker workshops, Train the Trainer, Train the Manager (risk assessment) or consultancy. All of our training courses can be used as part of your IOSH CPD development with an option to gain an attendance certificate.

Suzy Lamplugh Trust is the foremost UK charity devoted to campaigning, educating, and supporting people to help reduce their risk of violence and aggression. Paul and Diana Lamplugh founded the Trust following the disappearance of their daughter when she went to meet an unknown client whilst working as an estate agent.
